Get ready to embark on an AI venture at https://pixis.ai/ Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic partnership plans for agencies to expand the company's market reach and enhance its competitive position.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential agencies based on alignment with company goals, market potential, and strategic fit.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with agencies, ensuring terms meet organisational objectives and compliance standards.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and mutual benefit.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership activities with overall business strategies.
Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Organize and participate in events and conferences to represent the company, network with potential agency partners, and enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise within agency partnerships, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain strong, productive relationships.
Facilitate new business referrals via agency partners.
Qualifications: 7- 15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in the marketing AI or performance marketing industry.
Experience working with agencies is a must .
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and optimize partnership performance and ROI.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing AI and performance marketing, as well as the competitive landscape and partner ecosystem.
