Microsoft Sales Director - D365 (CRM or ERP) Permanent UK based - hybrid travel Partner/consultancy experience needed We are looking for a Microsoft Sales Director who has deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience with a Microsoft Partner, you will engage with clients from the initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring their needs are met with tailored Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Microsoft solutions, including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure and other related services.
Identify and engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and position Microsoft solutions to address those needs effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their digital transformation journeys.
Work closely with Microsoft Partner representatives and internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.
Key Requirements: 10 years of proven experience in selling Microsoft solutions, with a strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365, and experience in selling these solutions to enterprise clients.
Prior experience working within a Microsoft Partner organization is essential.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets of £4 million + Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
