An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, for a data driven Sales Director in Cardiff – for a cutting edge and innovative technology company.
DESCRIPTION: You will take full responsibility for executing the company sales plan and meeting revenue targets across the range of company products.
Duties will include: Drive revenue growth by planning, forecasting, and executing strategies to secure new business and customer sales, focusing on acquiring net-new clients.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve results.
Create a high-performance culture, motivating and engaging team members to enhance overall performance.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and make data-driven decisions.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective use of resources to maximise opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
Analyse competitive offerings and market needs to develop strategies for success and stay ahead of industry trends.
Create and present detailed sales forecasts and reporting to the executive team.
REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years of sales management experience (managing a sales team).
Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales professionals at all levels.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and creative leader, with a mature but forward-thinking approach to problems.
A sales management or data led operations background where you have had to analyse data to drive growth.
PACKAGE: A very competitive salary of around £80,000 - £95,000 per annum (negotiable depending on depth of experience).
Uncapped bonus (performance related).
Hybrid working.
