They are looking for a Sales Director to join their team and support the revenue growth of this platform.

What You'll Do Sell and create a revenue stream for a market leading Fixed Income focused dealer-to-client platform.
Generate a sales pipeline across the investment banking market, leveraging personal network and external partners.
Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts with new potential clients through cold-calling and other innovative methods of connectivity.
Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to move potential clients through the sales function.
Produce sales pitch documents, and implement a well-defined pre and post sales process.
Feed into product development roadmap – notably collaborating with Product in the prioritisation and scheduling of new feature requests.
As the business expands, build, organise and motivate a sales team in the pursuit of aggressive revenue targets.
Participate in wider cross-departmental projects.
What You'll Need Solid track record of delivery in a sales role selling into investment banks.
A strong network of Traders, and other front office individuals that you are able to harness to quickly start building a sales pipeline.
Excellent networking and business development skills.
Background in, and understanding of financial markets and products, specifically Fixed Income products.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, proactive and dynamic.
