A rare opportunity is now available for a successful and ambitious Sales Director to further develop our aircraft maintenance operation at Teesside International Airport.  Willis Aviation Services Limited offer aircraft maintenance, storage, disassembly, and ground and cargo handling services and are part of our parent company - Willis Lease Finance Corporation, who are an international pioneer in aviation services.
This is an important role for the development of our future growth and reports into the VP Base Maintenance. Candidates must be confident within the aircraft maintenance market, nurturing our customers and building a strong network of new clients and business opportunities. You will need to demonstrate confident negotiating skills, finalising contracts and have the technical expertise within commercial aircraft maintenance and engineering.
Essential Requirements         Sales driven professional with up-to-date knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry.
        Experience within commercial aviation MRO.
        Knowledge of maintenance standards, especially Pt145.
        Comprehensive knowledge of MOE and understanding of management systems.
        Financial and budgetary reporting.
        Confident presentation skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
