Sales Director - Asset Finance to c.£100,000 per annum plus excellent good bonus, car allowance and benefits Nationwide - home based Our client is a major provider of asset finance solutions to the SME community and drives new business through a range of channels including direct, through brokers and via range of partnership and vendor relationships.
Having restructured to equip the business for further growth, it needs to appoint a sales leader to drive the performance and activities of a team of home-based asset finance sales professionals.
The role: recruitment, motivation and training the sales team to ensure that demanding activity and production objectives are achieved.
accompanying the sales team in end-user negotiations to assist with the pricing and structuring of new business transactions.
driving the new business activities to maximise the potential for new business.
assisting in the formulation and delivery of sales strategies with new and existing partnerships and customers.
The candidate: an experienced sales leader with a track record of driving a field sales team in asset finance, leasing or a closely aligned business lending environment.
strong financial analysis skills and able to assess financial information and structure complex new business applications.
