Description My IT services client (MSP) is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Development Executive to join their busy operation in Rawtenstall, near Bury.
Lancashire.You'll be expected to sell the products and services of the company you work for by calling prospective clients and generating leads for our field based sales and account management team.
You may also be carrying out market research, so you won't necessarily be stuck to the phone.We are seeking an experienced sales person who is able to self generating business leads and has good communication skills.This role is initially office based working as part of a team, but following a successful introduction may evolve into a hybrid working opportunity with some time spent working from home.We can offer: Full or Part-time hours + commissionThe business operating hours are 8-5, Monday – Friday.
Whilst the role is aimed at 9-5, part time hours would be considered for the right candidate.we can offer: Hybrind and/or remote:Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative includeMaking outbound calls to prospective clientsGenerating new business leads / opportunities via a range of channels cold calling/telesales, business networking, social media, collaboration to develop referral opportunitiesPromoting innovative solutions and generating interest in Telecoms and IT servicesDeveloping a strong sales pipeline and schedule appointments for the field sales teamHandling objections by being creative and adapting to your audienceMeeting or exceeding targets and join incentivesWorking as part of a wider teamThe skills and Experience we seek from the Sales Development Representative are:Previous outbound B2B phone based sales experienceTelecoms and/or IT services lead generation background is essentialBe a clear and confident communicator, someone who can cold call prospects confidentlyTime management skills will be essential to ensuring they make the most of the time available and take ownership for resultsHigh energy, competitive and positive attitudeCustomer focused, driven and ambitiousConfident communicator Our benefits include:£25 - 31k basic (or pro-rata for part time)Realistic OTE, 33/35k, based on bonus for qualified lead generation and commission on converted leadsCompany pensionOn-site parkingCompany eventsPermanent roleSick pay - following successful probationary periodBirthday holiday – following successful probationary periodHealth Cash Plan + Private Health Insurance benefit scheme – following successful probationary period
