Role Summary : The SDR will manage the initial stages of the sales funnel across all business lines.
They will focus on identifying and qualifying leads, booking meetings for senior sales professionals, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with prospecting efforts.
This role is critical to generating new business opportunities and increasing the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities: -Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and other methods.
-Follow up on outbound communications sent by the marketing team, such as newsletters, flyers, and social media content.
-Research and qualify potential leads based on their business needs, ensuring they align with thier services.
-Identify key decision-makers within target companies and industries.
-Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales professionals, ensuring they are well-prepared with relevant insights.
-Maintain an up-to-date record of all outreach and engagement efforts using the companys CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
-Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.
-Provide regular reports to the Sales & Marketing Director on progress, leads generated, and the outcome of outreach efforts.
Key Deliverables : -Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
-Ensure all scheduled meetings and calls are organized with qualified prospects.
-Contribute to an increase in the number of meetings and engagements for senior sales staff.
-Provide accurate data on outreach and follow-up efforts for ongoing tracking and performance analysis.
Key Skills & Experience : -Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting, preferably in a B2B environment.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients.
-Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track and manage leads.
-Ability to research and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
-Excellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
