We are very excited to be searching for our next talented Sales Development Representative.
100% Remote – Yep, that's right, 100% remote working from anywhere in the UK!

Our non-negotiables: Previous recruitment experience (preferably 1+ year) Business Development – We're looking for confident and charismatic individuals who aren't afraid of using the phone!

The Role: As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the front-line hero, the first point of contact for potential clients.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes: Prospecting Prodigy: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and the occasional carrier pigeon.
Lead Generation Guru: Using your charm and wit to generate interest and book meetings for our sales team.
Relationship Builder: Nurturing relationships with prospects and keeping them engaged with our brand.
Data Dynamo: Keeping our CRM up to date with all your interactions and insights.
What We're Looking For: Charismatic Communicator: You can talk to anyone, anywhere, and make them feel like they've known you forever.
Sales Savvy: You have a natural talent for sales and can turn a "maybe" into a "yes" with ease.
Tech Enthusiast: You're comfortable with technology and can navigate sales tools like a pro.
Organizational Wizard: You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
Sense of Humour: Because in sales, a good laugh can be the best icebreaker.

Realistic OTE of £60k-£65k in year one.
