They are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you will have 6+ months B2B sales experience, a keenness to learn and enjoy taking on responsibility.
This is a non micromanaged role where you will given autonomy and flexibility to run the role how you want.
You will supported with marketing support.
Ideally this role will progress and develop in to a more senior role within 12 - 24 months.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our digital solutions.
Outbound Prospecting: Utilize a variety of outreach methods such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to initiate contact with potential customers.
Qualify Leads: Conduct needs assessments to determine a prospect's fit with our solutions and qualify them as sales-ready.
Appointment Setting: Arrange and schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update records of interactions, leads, and activities in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and develop strategies that generate leads and build pipeline.
Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams based on conversations with prospects to help refine messaging and product positioning.
Qualifications: 6 months - 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the technology.
B2B sales experience Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to develop skills in sales.
Passion for technology and a desire to make an impact in the industry.
