Role: Gain a comprehensive knowledge of Baltic Apprenticeships, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients Utilise the sales tech stack to identify and qualify leads, turning them into high quality prospects and genuine sales opportunities Utilise social selling tactics on platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential leads Perform prospect outreach via calls, emails, social outreach and networking to book meetings with potential customers Follow up and engage with prospects who have engage with the company via inbound marketing efforts Effectively sell the value and benefits of apprenticeships for recruitment and workforce development Build long-term, trusting relationships with leads Requirements: Educated to degree level Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis Organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively Comfortable working in a high-activity, target-driven environment Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
