The Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at 360Player, you will be pivotal in driving our growth.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, focusing on lead generation and nurturing relationships to set up meetings for our sales team.
What You'll Do Lead Generation : Proactively identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
Sales Pipeline Management : Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team to further explore customer needs and our platform's value.
CRM Management : Ensure accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions are maintained in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Marketing : Align with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and ensure effective lead conversion.
Stay Informed : Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to position 360Player as a market leader.
Who We're Looking For Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales or similar work (e.g., customer-facing roles or lead generation) is highly valuable.
Lead Handling : Someone who has managed 'Inbound & Outbound leads' daily.
Strong Communication Skills : You excel at building relationships and engaging with people through phone, email, or social media.
Self-motivated & Results-Driven : You are proactive, driven by success, and comfortable working independently.
Organisational Skills : You are detail-oriented and have a structured approach to your work.
You ensure that administrative tasks such as CRM updates and pipeline management are handled efficiently.
Relevant Background (Optional but a Plus) : Experience in a sports club environment or participating in sports is advantageous, as it helps you understand clubs' challenges and how 360Player can help.
Languages : Preferably, you'd be fluent in multiple languages, ideally Dutch.
