As a cross-sell Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and following up on new opportunities within our existing customer base as well as net new partners.
Tasked with expanding their engagement with our solutions and following up on campaigns generated through the performance marketing funnel.
Success in this role requires a results-driven approach and the ability to maintain high output levels, consistently identifying cross-selling opportunities to help our partners and prospects maximise the value of their investment.
You'll be collaborating with tower teams to generate sales-qualified leads that fit their specific technology area.
What you'll be doing Proactively follow up and source potential cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base as well as position our value proposition to prospects, analysing usage patterns and partner needs.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on our portfolio of products.
Manage and update pipeline opportunities in the CRM, ensuring accurate and timely records of interactions and progress toward cross-sell targets.
Host online presentations and demonstrations on the breadth of our products and services.
Your Qualifications Proven sales experience, specifically in an outbound sales role.
Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
Strong work ethic and target-driven.
Keen to learn about the Channel industry with a real can-do attitude.
