Allseas Global logistics are seeking a new Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager & Sales Team and enable them to generate new business from a mix of clients; existing & new.
Drive and deliver collaboration with the various products & services (FCL, LCL, Air, Road & projects) to facilitate seamless customer onboarding, aftersales care and follow up.
Duties and responsibilities Complete the required number of telesales calls (TBC), arrange appointments and identify new target accounts.
Create storyboards on interesting clients where sales prospects are evident, for handover to BDM/External Sales Research new clients fully: check that credit limits are viable, and there is a realistic chance of success (use websites, Experian, HMRC portals, LinkedIn data, etc.)
Support the external sales team on external visits, as required, to develop rapport and assist with RFQ discussions.
Ensure CRM is kept fully always updated (Opportunity management and follow up) and that the whole team complete data entry on time.
Assisting the team in handling of RFI/RFQ documents, when received from clients, engage with internal/external stakeholders as required, and ensure completion by the required deadline.
Represent the Company to a high standard.
The role requires establishing contacts and relationships with customers, providing active and proactive information to the client as needed.
The role involves being able to manage deadlines and sometimes difficult situations.
Achieve individual KPI's and targets (TBC).

Good presentation skills Good time-management with the ability to organise, including prioritising, planning, follow-up, assigning and controlling objectives Freight forwarding knowledge & experience.
Sales experience, meeting existing / new customers.
