Assisting the sales team in order processing, tracking, and managing customer accounts.
Preparing and distributing sales quotations and proposals.
Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
Maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Assisting in managing sales reports and data analysis.
Contributing to the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and general office support.
Proven experience in a sales or administrative role is essential.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
