\n Working with one of the country's market leaders in used car sales, you'll be highly motivated with overall responsibility for the performance of the site.
With a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you'll guide the team through the entire customer journey, from initial contact to final sale.
\n \n General Responsibilities: \n * Step up to General Manager responsibilities during absences from site \n * Review the performance of the sales team \n * Guide the sales team to meet sales targets and upsell value-added products \n * Mentor the sales team in closing deals \n * Audit deal presentations and identify opportunities for improvement \n * Audit financial documents to ensure compliance \n * Exceed monthly sales targets \n \n To be considered, you must have: \n * The ability to mentor and lead others \n * Outstanding customer service skills \n * A keen eye for detail \n * A willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (training provided) \n * Experience in volume used car sales management \n * A professional appearance \n \n This role offers: \n * £30K salary plus uncapped commission \n * Permanent contract from day one \n Interested?
