Job DescriptionOur client is a franchised dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an Exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.Sales Controller Role Showroom based, meet and greet customersTo report to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales ExecutivesTo provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI'sTo be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitabilityTo oversee the enquiry management processTo promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintainedTo maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals About You 2-3 years experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is idealTo have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulationsTo be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your workProven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.To have a valid driving licence PackageBasic: £25,000 OTE £50,000 uncappedHours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm, One late till 9pm either a Tuesday or Thursday, day off in week and no SundaysContactGary at Jago Consultants
