Our people care, dare and collaborate to ensure we achieve this People Powered Living.This roleThis role is based on an 12 month fixed term contract at present – 37.5hr week.We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team here at So Resi.
Within the role as a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales reservations either across a variety of sites or from a single large scale site within the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales with either knowledge of or experience in shared ownership as well as strong communication skills.You'll be working closely with both our dedicated Sales Progression team and Marketing team as well as other departments and/or relevant stakeholders.
