This role This role is based on an 12 month fixed term contract at present – 37.5hr week.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team here at So Resi.
Within the role as a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales reservations either across a variety of sites or from a single large scale site within the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales with either knowledge of or experience in shared ownership as well as strong communication skills.
You'll be working closely with both our dedicated Sales Progression team and Marketing team as well as other departments and/or relevant stakeholders.
You will be required to routinely work at weekends to facilitate customer requirements and to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities; To operate onsite from the Sales Office/Show home/Head office from Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5.30pm.
To be responsible for the ongoing management of Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, ensuring high levels of presentation and brand promotion Responsible for ensuring that all sales enquiries/leads are contacted within 48 hours Responsible for arranging and carrying out viewings, surveys, completions and when required home demonstrations Responsible for the weekly monitoring of all void properties to ensure their ongoing security Responsible for ensuring that all properties are reserved in accordance with MTVH's policies and procedures including eligibility, affordability and compliance requirements.
What you'll need to succeed Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems Must have own transport and be happy to use for work purposes Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through all the necessary information required when buying a shared ownership home Self motivated with strong communication skills, both written and verbal Please note :- we do not currently offer visa sponsorship.
