We're on the lookout for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Sales Consultant with a minimum of 12 months' proven success in London New Homes sales to join their team.

As the Sales Consultant you will receive a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 DOE About the Role as a Sales Consultant: Proactively identify and connect with potential buyers using our CRM database.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries from marketing channels.
Arrange and conduct property viewings across London and occasionally beyond.
Drive the sales process by managing negotiations and closing deals with buyers.
Hit monthly KPIs, including sales targets and lettings referrals.
Support our launch events and exhibitions to showcase exciting new developments.
Expand our network by building partnerships and introduce relationships.
Collaborate seamlessly with our teams in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong, as well as our lettings partners.
Stay informed on new projects and attend briefings to provide top-notch insights to clients.
Requirements as a Sales Consultant: Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
At least 12 months of successful experience in London New Homes sales.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish quick, professional rapport with buyers and clients.
