About the Role As a Furniture Sales Consultant , you'll play a vital role in driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your day-to-day will involve: Providing outstanding customer service and sharing expert product knowledge.
Building and nurturing customer relationships.
Identifying and generating new sales opportunities.
Consistently achieving (and exceeding!)
sales targets.
Collaborating with the wider sales team to meet shared goals.
Keeping customer information and sales records accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: A proven track record of sales success, preferably in furniture or big-ticket sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for customer service and delivering results.
The ability to work effectively in a team and build lasting customer relationships.
Knowledge of home furniture and décor is desirable but not essential.
