Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques Ensuring customer journey is streamlined throughout the whole process Working with a team to provide a premier first-class service Following company procedure to ensure all company and new build quality codes are followed Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills Experience in the Housebuilding industry (preferred) Self-motivated and results driven Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively with a team and collaborate with other departments.
