We are looking for Sales Consultant who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the service and consulting sectors.
As the primary point of contact, they engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide detailed information about our services, and offer tailored solutions.
Their responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, researching and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and following up on sales opportunities.
Sales Consultant play a key role in driving revenue by converting leads into long-term clients and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
What will be your responsibilities?
Identify Prospective Clients Conduct targeted lead generation and conversion efforts to identify and engage with potential clients who align with our solutions and offerings.
Engage with Potential Clients Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Present Product Value Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products and services, focusing on how they address specific clients challenges and add value.
Negotiate Terms Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to create favorable sales agreements that align with clients expectations and company objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with colleagues across various departments, including procurement, marketing, and client success, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless client experience.
Client Relationship Management Maintain comprehensive contact lists and follow up with clients regularly to strengthen ongoing relationships and identify new opportunities.
Service Recommendations Evaluate client feedback and competitive insights to recommend improvements in services, and policies to better meet client needs and enhance competitiveness.
Enhance New Client Communications Collaborate with marketing and relevant departments to refine client-facing materials and improve product information by sharing real-time client insights gained in the field.
Professional Development Stay updated on industry trends and best practices by attending workshops, reviewing publications, building a professional network, and participating in industry associations.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven ability to sell services and consultancy solutions, preferably within procurement outsourcing or a related field.
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities to engage clients effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored, actionable solutions.
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and achieving high conversion rates.
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, building trust and rapport with clients to create long-term relationships.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, stay on top of client communications, and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency with various sales platforms, CRM data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Additional, Nice-to-Have Requirements: Certification or Licensing in sales, marketing, or procurement (preferred but not required).
Formal training in sales methodologies, client relationship management, or consulting services.
Experience in working within procurement outsourcing or related industries, with the ability to understand and address the unique needs of clients in this sector.
Fluent French or German is a plus This role may require occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, or collaborate with teams at other locations.
