Your Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Teem, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to connect exceptional individuals with career-defining opportunities.
You'll use your expertise, creativity, and network to identify and attract the very best talent in the software industry, from rising stars to established leaders.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute targeted search strategies to uncover hidden talent.
Conduct in-depth research and market mapping to identify key players.
Build and nurture relationships with a diverse pool of candidates.
Assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and provide career guidance.
Present top talent to clients and manage the placement process.
