Job Description: The Manager, Sales Compensation is responsible for the strategy, design, development, and communication.
This role will provides support to the sales organization, HRBP & TA teams, and Total Rewards team.
We are seeking an experienced short term incentive expert to build from the ground up various variable compensation plan.
The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges and how to align our variable compensation, and has experience to partner with sales team, sales operations and finance .
The candidate should have a deep analytic background to assist the Sales organization in meeting its business objectives.
The right candidate should have a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: • Ensures sales compensation is expertly designed to optimize the investment of compensation ultimately driving profitable revenue growth across all sales channels • Partners with GM, Sales team leaders, Sales Operations, Finance partner and HR partner in the design of sales commissions and incentive programs • Develops compensation programs and plans to support the strategic initiatives of each sales leader • Partners with compensation to establish base pay ranges and total target compensation (TTC) for all sales employees • Develops future ready-state designs based on changing sales market needs through clear communication and partnering with sales leaders • Develops commission design models to support revenue growth strategies • Develops and manages data sources that support all plan designs to ensure data and audit accuracy • Responsible for resolving operational accuracy issues that are identified within the sales compensation data sources • Engages in 3rd part consultant relationships to provide technical advice associated with sales commissions and incentives • Engages in developing sales incentive programs for 3rd party sales partners/consultants.
• Develops programs that are simple and can be administered and communicated in a way that supports operational excellence and efficiency • Acts as a change agent to ensure all new sales commission and sales incentive programs are effectively implemented and communicated to all necessary parties • Responsible for developing and delivering training for HR business partners, talent acquisition staff, and sales leadership to ensure these key leaders understand and can effectively communicate the sales commission incentive strategy and programs to candidates and employees • Manages complex cross-functional projects involving the design, data, development and implementation of sales compensation programs for new and existing sales products • Helps to ensure the design of all programs maximizes profitable revenue generation with a market-based investment in compensation across all sales channels • Partners with sales operations and finance partner to develop and implement compensation reports and analytics that measure return on compensation investment (ROCI) on the compensation investment • Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Experience/Skills Needed : • Minimum 7+ years of professional compensation experience with at least 5 years in roles directly managing sales compensation programs • Experience with enterprise sales commission systems preferred • Exceptional communication skills to develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, compensation plans and presentations at all levels of the organization • Management of large volume and complex data sources • Overall incentive and financial modeling skills to deliver sales incentive design • Impeccable attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with sales teams in a hands-on capacity • General compensation strategy and administration experience a plus Computer/Technical Skills : • Intermediate to advanced word processing skills and presentation development experience required • Advanced MS Excel skills to support data modeling and financial analysis • Knowledge of sales operation, finance and accounting principles
