The Role: We're seeking a passionate, driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic, fast-paced sales team.

Collaborate with marketing teams, product developers, and our co-founders to drive Everfit's reach into new markets and communities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Discovery and Exploration: Research and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and texts.
Support sales representatives with booking calls from qualified leads.
Industry and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to develop sales strategies and products.
Social Media Outreach: Execute targeted social media campaigns to drive sales, strengthen our online presence, and accelerate revenue growth.
Nurture and Retargeting Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to transform leads into customers by executing effective nurture and retargeting campaigns.

Your Experience: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly, and informative communication style.
Highly skilled in conducting thorough research, delivering actionable insights, and possessing a keen eye for detail.
Experience within the fitness industry and a passion for health and fitness.
Proven understanding of different successful sales processes and concepts (Cold calling, Account-based marketing, inbound/outbound marketing automation).
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to listen to client needs.
Experience working with data and CRM systems to evaluate different sales processes.
Preferred: Passion for the fitness industry.
Experience with software such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, and HubSpot.
