We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team, working on a range of ethical, non-commission-based sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to support our brand.
Responsibilities Sales Activities: Engage directly with customers at scheduled consultations, events, and meetings, providing honest and accurate information about our products and services.
Work with our sales team to achieve realistic, measurable targets through customer-focused approaches.
Build relationships with clients to understand their energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Represent Route Two professionally at community and business events to build trust and brand awareness.
Marketing Efforts: Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns across social media, email, and print.
Write engaging and informative content to showcase Route Two's renewable energy solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and ensure marketing materials meet customer expectations.
Organise promotional events to support sales and increase public awareness of Route Two's mission.
Collaboration and Support: Act as a vital link between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and strategy alignment.
Provide customer feedback to improve marketing efforts and refine sales approaches.
Support the wider team in planning and executing growth strategies for the company.
What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring: Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role (experience in renewable energy is a bonus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a friendly, approachable manner.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to engage customers effectively.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software) and basic CRM systems.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
An ethical, transparent approach to customer service and sales.
