The Role As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of their business.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing inbound sales, leveraging data insights to boost sales conversion and success.
The goal will be to generate leads through targeted marketing, optimise the customer journey, and drive sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to drive inbound sales.
Identify new opportunities to increase lead generation through digital and traditional marketing channels.
Utilise data analytics to measure and track sales success, providing actionable insights to optimise conversion rates.
Collaborate with agencies to align marketing efforts with sales targets and business goals.
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage and optimise CRM and other sales & marketing automation tools to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
Oversee the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and collateral to engage target audience.
Person Specification Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role, with a strong focus on inbound sales.
Expertise in developing marketing strategies that drive measurable sales growth.
Strong data analysis skills, with experience using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
A creative mindset with the ability to design campaigns that resonate with their audience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing goals.
