Sales and Marketing Director Chesterfield - Insulation Your future job The Sales and Marketing Director UK (National Role) reports to the General Manager for UK and Ireland and is part of the Senior Leadership team of Unilin Insulation UK/Ireland.
The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and maximize market share.
The primary objective of this role is to lead both the sales and marketing functions, for the UK to achieve business goals.
#insulationukKey Attributes:• Sales Business/Management/Marketing Degree qualified –with relevant experience considered.• 8+ years working at a Senior Management level in a relevant role, preferably within the construction sector.• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in sales-driven environment and outstanding leadership capabilities.• Clear achievement and success in the sales and sales leadership field.• Experience building, mentoring, and leading sales teams.• Shows drive and initiative.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.• Solid financial and analytical skills and abilities.• Strong organisational, problem solving, and time management skills.• Outstanding customer service and the ability to grow long term business relationships.• Personal commitment, motivation, high energy, and resilience.Key Tasks and Duties:• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed budgeted targets.• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Unilin's market presence.• Support direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.• Collaborate with cross company departments to manage product portfolios and pricing strategies.• Quote, negotiate, and assist the sales team in closing complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects.• Drive promotional and merchandising initiatives.• Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.• Lead a cross-functional team, ensuring KPI management and strategy execution.• On-going support, coaching and development of the team, to ensure clear direction and metrics are provided, along with the tools to succeed.
