This is a great opportunity to join a thriving, growth-oriented business as Sales & Marketing Director, driving expansion across the UK and International markets.
You'll be coaching and mentoring high-performing sales and marketing teams, owning the strategy and leading the business into new sectors and territories, managing partner and client relationships at Founder/C-Suite level and refining systems/processes.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement a dynamic sales and marketing strategy, enhancing competitive positioning and supporting key partners and direct accounts.
Team Development: Lead and inspire a talented team, setting standards, best practices, and guiding personal growth.
New Markets & Products: Drive growth in new sectors, overseeing business development and with key involvement in product innovation.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with senior managers to evolve internal structures and optimise business processes.
Performance Analysis: Using company data and market insight to drive success.
About You With a proven background in sales leadership and team development, you're strategic, growth-minded, and skilled in building strong relationships.
Your communication skills, ethical approach, and collaborative spirit set you apart.
You'll have had experience selling into public sector and/or education but will also have sold into SME-sized businesses and will be used to flexing your skills to both fast and slow sales cycles and navigating complex procurement frameworks.
You are skilled in managing long-term relationship-building processes alongside quick wins, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of diverse markets while maintaining a strategic focus on growth and client satisfaction.
What's on Offer Salary : £80,000 - £100,000 basic, with OTE c£140,000.
Benefits : Bonus, pension, 25 days holiday (+ BH), fun company activities, gym contribution, hybrid working, and potential for board-level progression.
Location : Bristol-based 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days from home, with regular UK and international travel.
