Working hours and Salary: Full time role working 5 days per week Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM & Every Saturday 9AM-5PM with a day off in the week.

About the Role: We are seeking a high performing Sales & Lettings negotiator to join our successful team in M&P Estates as part of a modern, innovative company.

Your responsibilities include enquiry registration, maintaining regular contact with applicants, generating and conducting viewings whilst securing applications & offers to achieve both sales and lettings targets each month.
You must be positive, tenacious, persuasive and competitive whilst being skilled in communication, selling, time management and being a team player.

Role Description: To generate viewing appointments on Lettings and Sale stock and generate applications and offers to target levels.
Registering all enquiries with care and attention to detail, build relationships of trust for recommendation to work whilst ensuring that every customer feels assisted and well-advised.
Generate feedback and deliver to landlords and vendors as part of a constructive advice regime that ensures our property stock is seen as being competitive.
Responsibilities: Achieve individual monthly Letting and Sales targets Register every new enquiry onto Lifesycle, noting soft facts and buyer/tenant motivation Impress every customer Identify opportunities and book appointments Secure valuations Conduct viewings and generate applications Generate viewings to daily targets, conduct viewings to generate offers & applications Phone out new instructions within 24 hours to buyers & tenants Organisation to facilitate viewing rota Raise negotiations with thelandlord when presenting applications and feedback Send application form link to tenants applying Generate signed negotiations page Collate tenant information for applications to allow sign-off Conduct viewings in accordance with company standards, delivering how to rent guide Collate relevant buyer information and present offers to vendors on sale properties Follow up all viewings and generate feedback to include any objection Provide viewing feedback to vendors & landlords Deliver regular Vendor & Landlord care calls Respond to email enquiries on thesame day and prior to 10am daily if received overnight Impress every customer Fully participate in Hustle hour Update Blinc & Lifecycle with notes about every conversation Take payments via the system su ch as Blinc Clear diary actions every day with no carryover Requirements: Team player Positive communicator Closing skills Customer service focus to ensure all customers are lavished and impressed Persuasive ARLA qualified (or in progress) Ability to qualify tenant and buyer needs accurately Competitive Good listener with patience Local Knowledge of area TPBN1_UKTJ
