The role You will be responsible for both an operational and business development role with an approximate 50/50 split.
Business Development:  This role will involve cold calling and market analysis.
You will be required to hunt out new business leads and follow these through to closure.
Customer Service: You will nurture existing clients and ensure that all has been promised is delivered whilst ensuring and upselling opportunities are identified and followed through.
The role will also be a managerial role.
You will be responsible for a small team and have the desire to develop and aspire this team   You will have: Customer service skills – ideally face to face Sales – You will have previously worked in a target driven sales role – either face to face or on the phone.
Managerial skills – You will have been in a team lead or supervisory role previously.
