My client a well known Insurance company based in the centre of Harrogate is looking for for an experienced Sales and Customer Service Executive to deal with the ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients, and maintaining a partnership with external stakeholders (such as suppliers, MGAs and brokers) to support business development activities while upholding high service standards.
You will be responsible for driving business growth through acquiring new customers, renewing at a high conversion and identified cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise earnings per case.
