Soteria is seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the UK and internationally.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your industry expertise and connections to drive meaningful change in workplace safety.
As our first dedicated salesperson, you'll spearhead our growth, collaborating with high-profile clients to enhance safety standards through innovative visual content.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Strategic Lead Generation • Leverage your existing network to identify and engage potential clients within high-risk industries.
• Utilise industry-specific platforms, events, and forums to create new business opportunities.
2.
Client Engagement and Presentations • Arrange and lead high-level meetings with prospective clients, both virtual and in-person.
• Present Soteria's services, demonstrating how our cinematic safety training solutions address industry-specific challenges.
3.
Relationship Building and Nurturing • Maintain regular communication with prospects, addressing queries and providing customised solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster client loyalty and repeat business.
4.
Deal Negotiation and Closing • Lead negotiations on contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
• Ensure seamless client onboarding in collaboration with our production team.
5.
CRM Management • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in our CRM system.
6.
Sales Reporting and Strategy • Track performance against targets, providing regular sales reports.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for improvement to inform strategic planning.
7.
Account Management and Upselling • Manage existing client accounts, exploring opportunities for upselling and expanding our services.
