Our client are seeking to expand their team by adding several experienced salespeople who have at least 3 years of proven sales experience.
They provide insurance solutions to businesses of all sizes across many sectors, including commercial motor, property, and liabilities, among others.

Key Tasks for a Sales Advisor: Punctuality and readiness to achieve KPIs.
Maintain a high work rate by building a pipeline through their dialler system.
Effectively manage the pipeline through their CRM system.
Demonstrate high attention to detail; able to read policy wordings and clearly outline terms to clients.
Exhibit excellent ability and accuracy when entering data into CRMs and portals.
Identify opportunities to generate leads from existing clients and cross-sell additional products where the main policy has gaps in coverage.
Work towards KPIs and self-motivate.
Key Skills for a Sales Advisor: Ability to listen to and understand client demands and needs.
Capable of outlining policy features and benefits to generate action.
Skilled at asking open questions to gain a greater understanding of client businesses.
