This house builder is known for their high-quality homes and can offer progression to Sales Manager within 12 months due to their growth.Job Duties: Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferencesProvide information about available properties and guide clients through the sales processNegotiate prices and terms of sales agreementsCoordinate with the marketing team to promote new developmentsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activitiesRequired Qualifications: Valid Driving LicenceExperience in new build salesExperience:Minimum of 2 years in a sales role either with an estate agents or Housing DeveloperKnowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation abilitiesUnderstanding of the property market trendsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorking Conditions:This role involves working on-site at a new development, as well as in an office environment.
