Job Title: Sales Advisor Location: South East England, Surrey, Frimley Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Thursday to Monday with 1 weekend off in 4 Primary Industry:  New build housing Sales Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Per annum Benefits: Uncapped commission scheme Company Branding: A medium-sized developer is experiencing exciting growth plans and is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team in the South.
The role offers progression to Sales Manager after 12 months due to their expansion plans.
Job Duties: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences Provide information about new build housing developments Conduct property viewings and tours Negotiate prices and terms of sales Close sales and follow up with customers post-sale Required Qualifications: Valid Driving Licence Experience in new build housing sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales role Experience in the property/housing industry Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation abilities Knowledge of the property market and sales techniques Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in sales or marketing Experience in CRM systems If you are interested in hearing more, contact Chloe on 07733314668.
