Temp to perm sales admin role £ per hour Temp to perm opportunity Swindon-based Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Processing orders Verifying purchase orders Handling credit requests Managing return requests Creating quotations Addressing customer enquiries Coordinating with external suppliers Coordinating with external couriers Answering phone calls Experience in a customer-centric environment Experience in the building/roofing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills Work in an organised and systematic manner Strong attention to detail Proficient IT skills with ERP system experience (Note: Training on the company's ERP system (Navison) will be provided) Good numeracy and literacy skills
