Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the team in daily operations, coordinating customer orders, processing sales transactions, preparing reports, and acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for : Order Processing & Coordination: Processing incoming orders, input into Sage and create job files for production with supporting documents / drawings Coordinate with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer enquiries related to product availability, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and offering efficient solutions.
Communicate any product delays or changes in delivery schedules to customers promptly.
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the team by preparing quotations, sales proposals, and agreements.
Track and monitor sales data, trends, and KPIs to generate sales performance reports for management Customs paperwork for EU/RoW shipments Scanning and filing completed job files for traceability Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for analysis and decision-making.
Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and compliance documents are properly filed and organised.
General Administrative Duties: Schedule and coordinate meetings, sales reviews, and customer visits.
Ordering stationary and office consumables Skills and Qualifications for a Sales Administrator: Experience in sales admin, customer service or sales support Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Person Specification for a Sales Administrator: A strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing Good customer service skills.

Able to work in a collaborative environment, supporting the team and coordinating with other departments.
