Based at our stunning Head Office in Ringwood, you'll play a critical role by providing support to our Sales Executive from plot reservations through to sales completion.
You'll have responsibility for updating our various systems and schedules, as well as providing the necessary general administration that it vital for the business.
Excitingly, you'll have the opportunity to assist in the set up of new sites, ensuring that all plot files and sales correspondence is accurate and up to date.
You'll liaise on a daily basis with our Sales Executive and Solicitors, answering queries and following up on any outstanding documentation.
You'll also liaise with our Sales Managers to update various reports.
Hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Fridays with 1 hour for lunch.???About you We're looking for a self-motivated, personable and positive individual who have lots of initiative and enjoys working as part of a busy team.
It's important that you have previous experience as an Administrator and are comfortable working towards important deadlines.
You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident with IT packages such as Microsoft word and Excel.
