Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders using Sage, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Proactively chase deliveries and liaise with customers on estimated delivery times.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase order value.
Innovate and improve systems to consistently achieve 100% customer satisfaction and WOW experiences.
Coordinate demo fleet, special orders, and service issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
Manage returns, credits, replacements, and customer complaints with efficiency and care.
Requirements What we're looking for: Strong customer service skills with experience in order processing and problem-solving.
Familiarity with Sage or similar internal systems is a plus.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell, enhancing customer value.
