Sales Administrator

As sales administrator for a sales and distribution business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to a sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
You will act as a vital link between the sales department and customers, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records to support effective account management.
Prepare quotations, follow up quotations and process sales orders to facilitate smooth sales operations Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer information, track sales activities, and support sales representatives.
Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person and resolve order-related issues, fostering customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products Generate and analyse sales reports Requirements Previous experience in a sales support and customer service role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
