We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a leader in building science, to join their dynamic team in Bristol.
With a focus on innovation, our client is at the forefront of delivering essential solutions across various sectors.
They are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and support their Sales teams.

Full-time work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm Competitive hourly rate of £14.36.
Hybrid working Temporary role with potential for permanent conversion for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: Communicate and manage existing direct and non-direct accounts in the UK & Ireland.
Answer incoming calls on the UK & Ireland hotline, ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist with organising events and meetings with customers and colleagues.
Generate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities with Architects.
Handle general inquiries and provide pricing information where necessary.
Maintain up-to-date records of existing and new customers using Sales Force CRM System and Excel.
Support the sales team by utilising CRM systems and tools effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, technical, or a business-related field is preferred.
Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is required.
Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with direct experience in Office 365.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, embracing change and new initiatives.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
