Junior Administrator - Awesome Earthmovers Magazine (Home-Based) AE Publications Ltd., the company behind Awesome Earthmovers Magazine , is a rapidly expanding magazine and content production company focused on the heavy equipment and construction industries in the UK, Europe, and the U.S. We are seeking an organised and motivated Sales/ Office Administrator to join our team remotely.

Awesome Earthmovers Magazine is a leading publication dedicated to the heavy equipment sector, complemented by a thriving video production division and a robust social media following worldwide.
Publishing eight issues annually, in both print and digital, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member who will work remotely to support our sales team, manage digital lead generation, coordinate editorial site visits, and assist with client communications.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Lead Generation: Conduct digital lead generation through research, online platforms, and social media to engage potential clients and create interest in new business opportunities.
Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to track lead progress, manage follow-ups, and provide administrative support to maintain a smooth sales process.
National & International Site Visit Coordination: Arrange logistics for editorial site visits, including scheduling, travel coordination, and communication with site contacts across both domestic and international locations.
Client Coordination for Editorial Copy: Work with clients to collect print advertisements and editorial content for each magazine issue, ensuring deadlines are met and materials are properly formatted.
Social Media Engagement for Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms to raise awareness of Awesome Earthmovers and generate interest among prospective clients.
General Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including digital filing and supporting internal communication to ensure seamless team operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with using social media for lead generation.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and a willingness to learn more about lead generation and sales coordination.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
