We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
This role requires strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
The Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base while collaborating with various internal teams.
Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Please note this is a partime position offering 20 -25 Hours per week.
