At The NWH Group, we are looking for a dynamic C&D Team Manager to join our Sales and Account Management team.
Role Overview As a C&D Team Manager, you'll lead our Construction & Demolition Account Management team to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
Reporting directly to our Executive Director, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing talent and ensuring the team delivers exceptional results while living our NWH values: Safety First Beyond Compliance Aim Higher Think National, Act Local NWH Family What You'll Be Doing: Managing and mentoring the C&D Account Management team, ensuring they hit targets month on month.
Taking ownership of your personal portfolio of key accounts and driving growth through cross-selling.
Collaborating with Sales Support and the Head of Account Management to strengthen customer relationships and maximise revenue.
Providing consistent and accurate pipeline reporting, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
Leading by example, showcasing the NWH values in every interaction.
