Sales Account Manager

MMC are looking to expand its Sales Team within our UK Facility, by adding a determined and experienced Sales Account Manager to our Team.
The individual will be tasked with managing and developing multiple customer accounts by supporting enquiries, quotations, order updates and general account management.
As part of the team, the individual will achieve experience in all aspects of our Sales objectives and be part of an excellent team and company, who is leading the way in terms of our approach and success within our field.
The role is predominantly internal based; however, the individual could also travel and visit our Facility and main customer base in the USA, which represents the majority of our overall activity.

MMC are a specialist supplier of Metals and services in Stainless Steels, Nickel, and Titanium Alloys.
With facilities in both the UK and USA, offering a wide range of Saw Cutting, CNC Machining, and Stock Management programmes, we are a global, and leading provider to the Power Generation Industry, and are truly Powering Metal Solutions.
Job Description: Manage a select number of accounts in terms of Enquiries, Quotes, Consignment Stock levels and Order Updates.
Build and Develop new business with existing and potential customers.
Have a pro-active attitude in qualifying new leads and onboarding new customers.
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also striving to achieve both team and individual targets.
Effectively manage databases of customer information and activity.
Support our administrative teams with Customer Stock Management.
Qualities were looking for: Sales and Account Management Experience.
Self-Confident and good relationship building skills.
Motivated, inquisitive, humble and a can-do attitude.
Comfortable on both Phone and Teams Video Calls.
Good communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail.
Details: Full Time Role.
Salary £30k - £40k depending on experience.
Day Shift, Hours may change due to some evening communication required for US Based clients.
Workplace, MMC UK Ltd. Unit B Bracknell House, Pywell Rd.
Corby, Northants, NN17 5XJ, UK.
28 Days Holidays per annum, plus Bank Holidays.
