What Youll Excel At Client Relationship Management : Forge strong, lasting relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and local businesses.

Business Development: Be the ambassador of Laine Pubs!
Immerse yourself in local areas and promote our venues passionately.
Sales Performance Analysis: Keep a sharp eye on sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and craft insightful reports that guide our strategic decisions.
Revenue Forecasting : Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets that support our continuing growth and expansion.` Negotiation : Master the art of negotiation to secure contracts and pricing agreements that maximise profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Booking Systems Management: Harness systems like Design My Night, Collins, and Tonic to streamline bookings and events and ensure our operations run smoothly.
Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a small but mighty team of MVPs, fostering a culture of excellence and driving maximum sales potential.
What You Bring to the Table A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality sector, with a focus on pubs and bars.
A background in the pub environment is highly desirable, but we pride ourselves on being open-minded and embracing diversity at the heart of our business.
