You will be maintaining contact with your own accounts and so building valuable long-term relationships but also finding new opportunities to drive the companies own sales through upselling and cross selling.

This role is exciting as there is a nice balance between sales, customer service and order processing.
Developing existing customer relationships not only to maintain contact with your customer base, but also to find new sales opportunities – key in growing your own customer accounts Proactively keeping customers updated with ongoing orders whilst also advising new customers on product availability and making product recommendations.
Responsible for processing customer orders from order receipt until dispatch, you'll sometimes have to liaise with multiple suppliers where we don't have stock and so liaising with suppliers regularly to ensure swift delivery and managing our customer expectations accordingly will be second nature to you!
A great problem-solver with an analytical mindset, you'll be able to investigate and resolve customer complaints easily, turning those negative experiences into positives!
You'll be comfortable with IT, using all Microsoft applications, particularly excel spreadsheets and formulas, ERP systems and working to procedures carefully constructed to deliver the best experience to our customer.
You will be eager and willing to learn new things.
You will be able to work equally well as part of a team as using your own initiative Most importantly we are looking for a customer focused person who is good with developing relationship on the phone.
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £25,000- £26,500.
