This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful Christchurch based training surgery in a Salaried GP role (with an optional view to Partnership).
The practice have built a large multi-disciplinary team consisting of GPS, ANPs, Paramedics and Pharmacists to meet the demands of General Practice.
All of this means an incoming GP would enjoy a well-managed work-plan, with low admin and minimal home visits.
You would also have time and funding to pursue clinical specialisms and (if desired) to become involved in teaching and training.
Located in Christchurch, easily commutable from Bournemouth and Poole.
Ample on-site parking is provided.
Key Duties Steady patient list of just over 10,000 with a low number of home visits, and great support from an experienced permanent clinical team including Permanent GPs, as well as Nurses, Pharmacists and Paramedics Offering 4- 8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around childcare Strong existing team of permanent GPs Low duty Doctor and minimal home visits Successful GP Training Practice Package and Benefits £80,000 - £92,000 per annum (FTE) for a Salaried GP (£10,000 - £11,500 per session per annum) Coverage of medical negligence policy costs by the Practice NHS Pension scheme enrolment BMA model contract 6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leave Support for development of special interests areas GP training surgery Option for Partnership (if desired) Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements Must be registered with the GMC and on the performers list.
